Sale of property of Adriatic Shipyard Bijela

The bankruptcy administration of the Adriatic shipyard Bijela announced the 16th call for the sale of part of the property of this company.
It is about property located at the company’s headquarters in Bijela. Thus, a plot of land with an area of 800 m2 is for sale, the starting price of which is EUR 104,510.
The subject of sale is also a plot of land with an area of 3,934 m2, and the starting price is EUR 469,875.
A new owner is also being sought for the land of 1,916 square meters. The starting price is 286,057 EUR.
The deadline for submission of offers is July 5th until 12 noon.
