More than EUR 2.3 billion has been invested in priority projects in the field of tourism that are being implemented on the coast.
Most of the investments were made in Tivat – over 1.3 billion EUR, followed by Herceg Novi, where the value of the investment is 904.7 million. Investors have invested over 26 million EUR in projects in Ulcinj, while investments worth 11.7 million EUR are being realized in Budva.
If we are talking about the north and the tourist valorization of the localities in the area of Bjelasica and Komovi, in the current period the contract for the lease of the location of the mountain center Kolašin 1600 came into force.
– On the location of the mountain center Kolašin 1600, the construction of a hotel and tourist complex with a total value of EUR 77 million is planned. In the reporting period, work continued on the hotel K16, as well as on the apartment buildings Q and R – it is stated in the documentation.
Priority projects include the valorization of sites in the areas of Bjelasica and Durmitor, the construction of the tourist complex, marina and supporting infrastructure Porto Montenegro, the construction of the Portonovi tourist complex, the construction of the Luštica Bay tourist complex, the construction of the Blue Horizons tourist complex, the reconstruction of the Mamula fortress on the island of Lastavica, the construction of Hotel Kraljicina the beach on Sveti Stefan, tourism valorization of part of the property of HTP Ulcinjska Riviera – hotels Bellevue and Olympic, as well as the construction of the tourist complex Montrose, i.e. Ritz Carlton Montenegro.
