The Regulatory Agency for Energy and Regulated Utilities (REGAGEN) has issued licenses to Cetinje-based Montenegro Bonus for wholesale trade in oil derivatives and liquefied petroleum gas.
The board of REGAGEN made its decisions at the session on Monday, deciding on the request of the energy company.
Licenses are issued for the period from October 1st of this year to September 30th, 2033.
The holder of the license is obliged to, if he intends to continue performing the licensed activity even after the expiration of the license, submit a request for the issuance of a new one, 60 days before the expiration of the license.
In addition, the Board of REGAGEN, at its session, in a procedure initiated at the request of the company Pigo Petrol, made a decision to revoke the license of that company to carry out the activity of wholesale trade in oil derivatives.
Also, the regulator temporarily revoked the license of the Tivat company Samcommerce plus, for carrying out the activity of transporting oil derivatives by means of transport, because it did not provide proof that it has an ADR certificate on the correctness of vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods for means of transport with registration numbers TV 112 AA and TV AN 199.
The company was ordered to eliminate the observed irregularities within two months from the date of receipt of the decision.
