The Government of Montenegro – the competent ministry, should innovate the existing Draft DPP for the area of the Brskovo concession area together with the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment. The DPP and the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment should answer whether this project is in collision with the strategically important development project of the Žarski ski resort on the Mojkovac side of Bjelasica, with special reference to dust management within the wind rose for the locality in order to prevent the potential spread of dust towards the future to the ski center as well as to other populated areas – the announcement states.

They pointed out that after reviewing the previously proposed documents, it was concluded that they do not provide clear and precise answers to the issues of noise intensity, material transport, transport mode and use of explosives, and waste and other water management.
