The first factory in the Mojkovac business zone, as written in the report on the work of the President of the Municipality Vesko Delić, will be opened by the middle of next summer.
The business zone is fully equipped with infrastructure thanks to earlier investments of around EUR 900,000. That, along with a package of incentive measures for investors, led to the construction of a factory, which will produce wire products, chains and springs, with 20 jobs.
The construction of the first factory in the business zone is in the final phase. For the promotion of the package of incentive measures for investors, who plan to do their business in the Mojkovac business zone, we created a new brochure, that is, trilingual promotional material – the report says.
Babića polje business zone has an area of 8.5 hectares. As it says on the official web presentation, there are 850 meters of built 5.5 meter wide road with sidewalks and retaining walls. This ensures traffic connectivity within the zone and a direct connection with the Mojkovac-Đurđevića Tara regional road that runs along the zone itself.
Among the benefits for those who decide to invest in business projects in Mojkovac, among other things, the executive authority explains, is the price of land lease at a price of 0.05 euros per square meter for manufacturing activities and wholesale trade.
Investors who enable the employment of more than 10 workers are exempted from paying the fee for communal equipment of the land. Significant reductions in payments and fees are also foreseen for those who employ from 6 to 10, or from 3 to 5, workers through the investment.
