In the short period since its opening, Casa Manor has become an attractive destination for everyone who comes to relax and enjoy the beauty of Tivat.

– About 90% of our guests are foreigners, younger people, couples with and without children. A lot of tourists come from Great Britain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Germany, and of course our Balkan countries, but it is a smaller percentage of about ten to 15 percent – said Žurić.

In the process of building this exclusive and sophisticated building, the owners entrusted the role of strategic partners to IRF, which recognized the hotelier’s vision and helped make the ambitious project a reality.

Žurić said that they are extremely satisfied with the cooperation with the IRF, which believed that Casa Manor would become one of the new destinations for tourists from all over the world who come to enjoy the beauty of the Montenegrin coast.

– The cooperation with the IRF that was achieved with them is extremely important to us. Regarding the financing, we had two separate phases, one is the refinancing of the existing three loans with three separate banks, plus one additional loan related to the completion of the complete investment of this hotel – stated Žurić.

Casa Manor will use the new loan of EUR 350,000 that they received from the IRF to expand the hotel’s capacity and hire additional staff.

– We are planning to significantly expand the capacities, and next season the swimming pool should switch from public to hotel, so that we would round off the complete story and our idea that we had from the beginning – said Žurić.

Using his own experience of cooperation with the IRF, Žurić advised all entrepreneurs and company owners in Montenegro to inform themselves about all the benefits of financial support offered by the Fund, and to experience a great partnership with the representatives of the IRF.

– The first step they should take is to go and get information from the IRF. Until now, I have only cooperated with banks where the path is much more difficult, the interest rates are higher and there is less flexibility. I would absolutely recommend everyone who has the conditions for such a thing to cooperate with the Fund. I hope that I will use the Fund’s services again in the future – concluded Žurić.
