Chinese tourists choose multi-destination products, so it is recommended that Montenegro also define its offer in that way, it was assessed at a meeting of representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism (MERT) and the Shanghai Association for Trade and Tourism (SATT).

Representatives of SATT and the general director of the Directorate for Development Policies in Tourism, Aleksandra Gardašević-Slavuljica, held a meeting on the topic of further cooperation between Montenegro and China, that is, Shanghai, the largest financial, economic and tourist center of that country.

SATT has a membership of over a thousand economic and tourist groups from the field of hotel industry, tourism investments and destination management.

“They pointed out that Chinese tourists are no longer determined by the price of travel arrangements, but by the quality and experience at the destination. They choose multi-destination products, so it is recommended that Montenegro also define its offer in that way”, they stated from MERT.
