The ceremonial laying of the cornerstone for the Otrant Reefs tourist complex is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, on Velika Plaza. This expansive complex, spanning over 40,000 square meters, will feature two 5-star hotels and 23 villas, along with various other amenities near Port Milena.

Additionally, the Azul Beach Resort Montenegro complex, located on Velika Plaza, is slated to open early next week. Positioned as one of the top all-inclusive family resorts on the Adriatic coast, it anticipates a promising season ahead based on existing arrangements and reservations.
