Realized investments in fixed assets in Montenegro last year amounted to EUR 820 million, which is 7.7 percent more than in 2021, Monstat’s preliminary data showed.
Statisticians stated that in the total realized investments in the last year, those in new fixed assets had the largest share, 93.4 percent.
“Investments in used fixed assets accounted for 2.8 percent of the total, while investments in intellectual property accounted for 3.8 percent,” the announcement states.
The share of construction works in investments amounted to 51.2 percent, equipment 43 percent, while 5.8 percent related to the rest.
