The world’s leading hospitality group, Accor, has signed a franchise agreement with a prominent local investor from Southeast Europe, CG Resort, for the long-awaited Pullman Kolašin Breza five-star hotel in Montenegro.
That hotel, inspired by the mountain ambience, should open its doors by the end of the year and represents a significant milestone in the expansion of the Accor Group in the Balkans.
The partnership with the CG Resort company represents a strategic opportunity to consolidate the presence of the Accor Group in the premium segment in Kolašin, Montenegro.
“This allows the group to continue its development of leading real estate in South East Europe, while strengthening its cooperation with a renowned local investor from the region.” CG Resort’s expertise positions them as an ideal partner for Accor’s ambitious expansion plans,” the statement said.
The senior director of development in the Accor group for premium, medium and economy brands in Southeast Europe, Dilek Sezer, said that they are delighted to cooperate with the CG Resort company on this project.
“The partnership not only emphasizes our commitment to growth in the Balkans, but also the exceptional value that our local partner brings to us.” Pullman Kolašin Breza represents an extraordinary fusion of style and location, which will surely impress our guests from all over the world. We are convinced that this venture will significantly contribute to our success in the region and enchant tourists who are looking for an unforgettable experience in a mountain resort,” Sezer said.
The five-star luxury Pullman Kolašin Breza hotel has 144 rooms and 17 suites, from whose intimate balconies you can enjoy a spectacular view of the mountain ranges in the morning, enjoy the sun in the afternoon, and watch the starry sky in the evening.
The design of the hotel draws inspiration from the magnificent mountain landscape of Montenegro, harmoniously combining modern elements with rustic charm.
Guests will surely enjoy the striking facade of the hotel, which reflects the surrounding peaks, as well as the high-quality furniture.
The hotel has exceptional facilities, such as two restaurants with a terrace, a lobby bar, a spa and wellness center, an indoor swimming pool, meeting rooms, a club for children and teenagers, a ski room and an underground parking lot.
The Pullman Kolašin Breza hotel will be managed by the experienced local management company Alpha Hotel Management, involved in many significant projects, including the future mountain hotel Swissôtel on Kopaonik in Serbia.
The development director of the CG Resort company, Milić Peković, assessed that the partnership with the Accor group provides CG Resort with a huge opportunity to positively influence the entire hospitality sector in Montenegro.
“We are convinced that this cooperation will be very successful. Together we will realize the full potential of this extraordinary undertaking. The global resources and world-class operating standards offered by Accor, combined with our local knowledge, create the ideal foundation for building a truly world-class destination. We look forward to providing guests at the Pullman Kolašin Breza hotel with an extraordinary experience,” Peković added.
Montenegro, known for its untouched natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, serves as the backdrop for the Pullman Kolašin Breza Hotel. Located in Kolašin, the largest ski and mountain center in the country, the hotel is located between the enchanting mountain ranges of Bjelasica and Sinjajevina, along the picturesque Tara River.
It overlooks the slopes surrounded by forests dominated by birch trees, after which the hotel got its name. Guests can enjoy a variety of experiences throughout the year, from outdoor adventures to immersing themselves in the region’s vibrant culinary and cultural offerings.
The location of the hotel also provides easy access to the Biogradska Gora National Park, which is under the protection of UNESCO, and is home to one of the last remaining rainforests in Europe.
“Kolašin’s easily accessible location enables good regional connectivity through a developed network of roads and traffic lanes. In addition, the improved infrastructure of Montenegro, including the newly built highway that connects Kolašin with Podgorica, the capital of the country, increases the comfort of travel,” the statement said.
The proximity of the hotel to Podgorica International Airport, only 80 kilometers away and accessible in 30 minutes by driving the new highway, allows easy access to major European destinations.
Accor is the leading hospitality group in the world that offers experiences in more than 110 countries in 5.4 thousand facilities, ten thousand food and beverage outlets, wellness facilities or flexible work spaces.
The CG Resort company, a subsidiary of CG Investment, is a private company founded with the aim of developing hotel investments in the mountainous region and on the coast of Montenegro.
