A hotel and 16 villas will be built in Budva, worth EUR 55 million

The companies Savana Commercial Retail, Stratex and Branica holiday resort are planning the construction of a five-star tourist resort in the Budva settlement of Rijeka Reževića. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, but the project complied with the recommendation that it is one hundred meters away from the coast line. According to earlier information, the value of the investment is estimated at EUR 55 million.

The tourist resort with a total area of ​​10,914.02 m2 will be built on a location that covers 31,821 square meters, and will consist of a hotel and 16 villas. The total capacity of the settlement is 152 beds.

This can be seen in the request for a decision on the need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment Report submitted by the investors to the Environmental Protection Agency.

The total gross construction area of ​​the hotel will be 5,756.46. It will have 28 accommodation units – apartments with 56 beds, and 30 parking spaces are provided. The structure consists of a ground floor and four floors. The facility will also have an outdoor pool.

The construction of four types of villas is planned in the complex. All villas will have a basement, ground floor and first floor. Also, the construction of a swimming pool in the yard of each building is planned.

Villa type 1 – The construction of eight buildings with a total area of ​​2,701.28 m2, and an individual area of ​​325.89 square meters, is planned. They will have a total of eight accommodation units with 48 beds. 16 parking spaces are also provided.

Villa type 2 – One building with an area of ​​282.7 m2 will be built. It will have one accommodation unit, six beds and two parking spaces.

Villa type 3 – The construction of five villas with a total area of ​​1,323.5 m2, i.e. 252.77 m2 per building, is planned. They will have five accommodation units, 30 beds and 10 parking spaces.

Villa type 4 – Two villas will be built, the total area of ​​which is 781.08 m2, and the individual 383.82 m2. It will have two accommodation units, 12 beds and four parking spaces.

All villas and all apartment units of the hotel have a direct view of the wide horizon of the open sea and Budva.
