In this year, new Israeli investments in Montenegro can be expected, particularly in the areas of tourism and real estate. This was announced by the Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Israel, Nimrod Rinot, during a meeting with Finance Minister Novica Vuković.
As stated, Rinot expressed confidence that the already good cooperation between Montenegro and Israel would further advance in mutually beneficial areas.
Specifically, Rinot invited Minister Vuković to visit Israel, where a meeting with the Israeli Finance Minister would be organized to discuss financing plans for projects in Montenegro, as well as to expand cooperation and potential new investment opportunities. He announced that additional investments in the tourism and real estate sectors are planned for 2024.
Vuković expressed gratitude for the visit and emphasized that Montenegro, as a small economy, is interested in cooperation, particularly in investment projects that would boost and enhance the Montenegrin economy.
Given that tourism is one of the leading sectors in Montenegro’s economy, it was noted that the increasing number of tourists from Israel would positively impact economic trends and strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
