The needs for parking spaces are assessed depending on the purpose of the planned areas and the state of the public transport system, taking into account the space available. Parking regulations for hotels are 10 parking spaces per 1,000 m2, that is, between five and 20 parking spaces.

Let us remind you that the director of Customs Čedomir Popović previously announced that the company plans to build two more hotel facilities on the Riviera, in Kumbor and Đenovići. As he said in September 2021, the conceptual design for the hotel that should be built in Đenovići is nearing completion, and if everything goes according to plan, without administrative delays, construction could begin as early as spring 2022. He also stated that the company bought another plot of land near Hotel Kumbor, where it plans to build an annex.

When it comes to the second location in Đenovići, Popović said that it is about an area of about 11,000 m2, and that a 5-star hotel is planned for that location. According to the first estimates, the investment in a new hotel facility of high category would be between 20 and 25 million EUR.
