Stronger regional cooperation and enhanced governance are crucial for addressing challenges and achieving long-term, sustainable solutions, stated the Governor of the Central Bank. Irena Radović made these comments while co-opening the second day of the G100 Regional Economic Forum Balkan 2024 in Skopje.

In her speech, Radović underscored the significance of regional collaboration and the formulation of policies that foster sustainable economic growth.

The Central Bank reported that this two-day event, organized in partnership with UNDP and the Association of Managers, attracted over 200 female entrepreneurs, as well as representatives from governments, financial institutions, civil society, and the academic community from the region.

Throughout the forum, participants engaged in discussions across several panels covering critical topics such as financial inclusion, sustainability through ESG reporting, regional cooperation and business innovation.
