The city of Cetinje has initiated a tender for the development of a feasibility analysis for the second phase of the Kotor-Lovćen Cable Car project, extending to Ivanova Korita and Cetinje. The tender, valued at EUR 24,900 (approximately USD 30,000 with VAT), aims to thoroughly assess the project’s public interest, risk evaluation, and technical, financial, and economic impacts.

The analysis will include a detailed project description, key characteristics, location, cost estimate, and project goals. Additionally, a business plan encompassing technical, financial, and economic analyses, as well as projected financial statements, will be a crucial part of the study. The city is keen on exploring alternative project realization models, such as public-private partnerships.

The initial phase, connecting Dub to Kuk, has been successfully completed, and the city seeks to advance the project’s next stage. The Senate of Cetinje, in collaboration with relevant authorities, will make final decisions based on the comprehensive study results.
