In the third quarter, 101 building permits were issued – Planned construction of 397 apartments with a total area of ​​almost 30,000 square meters

In the third quarter, 101 building permits and work notifications were issued in Montenegro, according to Monstat’s preliminary data. That is 48.53% more compared to the second quarter, while three fewer permits were issued compared to the same period last year.

– Out of the total number of issued building permits and work applications, 61 relate to natural persons, while 40 relate to legal entities – the announcement states.

If we look at the total number of apartments and their area, according to the issued work applications, in the third quarter of 2023, it is planned to build 397 apartments, with a total area of ​​29,718 m².

Monstat explained that the displayed data includes the number of building permits issued, as well as the number and area of ​​apartments in buildings for which construction permits and work reports were issued. The source of the data is the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property.
