The CEE-BIG company formally and legally became the owner of Capital Plaza in Podgorica. Capital Plaza represents the most modern architectural landmark of the capital of Montenegro.

The buyer and new owner is BIG CEE, one of the currently largest “developers” when it comes to retail shopping facilities in Southeast Europe.

This is so far the largest acquisition in this segment of real estate in Montenegro, with a total construction area of ​​about 85,000 square meters.

It consists of two business-office towers, the CUE hotel, a residential-commercial complex with 70 luxury apartments, a shopping area on two levels as well as four levels of garages with about 725 parking spaces.
Thus, the CEE-BIG company becomes the leading investor in Montenegro – it is stated in the announcement.
