At the end of September, there were 1.48 million mobile phone users in Montenegro, 0.1 percent more than in August.
The number of users was 239.29 percent, according to the report of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (EKIP).
Compared to the same period last year, the number of users in September was 9.61 percent higher.
The share of postpaid users was 50.96 percent, and prepaid 49.04 percent.
Of the total number of users, M:tel had the most 559.03 thousand or 37.68 percent, followed by Crnogorski Telekom 524.21 thousand or 35.33 percent and One 400.44 thousand or 26.99 percent.
M:tel had 41.5 percent of the total number of prepaid users, Crnogorski Telekom 30.17 percent, and One 28.33 percent.
In September, Crnogorski Telekom had 40.3 percent of postpaid users, M:tel 34.01 percent, and One 25.7 percent.
