This partnership will strengthen Accor’s presence in the premium segment in Kolašin, Montenegro, and allow the group to continue the development of flagship properties in southeast Europe.

From this new resort, guests will have easy access to the UNESCO-protected Biogradska Gora National Park. The property will be situated 80 km from Podgorica International Airport, which is accessible within just 30 minutes via a new motorway.

Dilek Sezer, senior development director – Accor premium, midscale and economy brands – south-eastern Europe, commented: “We are thrilled to collaborate with CG Resort on this beautiful project. The partnership not only underlines our commitment to growth in the Balkans but also highlights the exceptional value that our local partner brings to the table.”

“Pullman Kolašin Breza showcases a remarkable fusion of style and location that is sure to impress our guests from all over the world. We are confident that this venture will contribute significantly to our success story in the region and will captivate travellers seeking an unforgettable mountain resort experience.”

A scenic retreat

The five-star resort will be operated by Alpha Hotel Management and comprise 144 guestrooms and 17 apartments, all with mountain views and a private balcony, along with an array of guest facilities.

Guests will be able to make the most of amenities including two restaurants with a terrace, a lobby bar, spa, indoor pool, meeting rooms, a ski room, kids’ and teens’ club and underground parking.

The resort is located in the major ski and mountain resort of Kolašin. Here, the resort will be set between the Bjelasica and Sinjajevina mountain ranges, alongside the Tara River and overlooking sloping terrain featuring the birch trees that the property takes its name from.

Commenting on this project, Milić Peković, development director of CG Resorts, said: “Partnership with Accor provides CG Resort with a tremendous opportunity to positively impact the entire hospitality industry in Montenegro. We are confident that this collaboration will be highly successful.”

“Together we will realise the full potential of this exceptional undertaking. The global resources and world-class operational standards offered by Accor and combined with our local knowledge establish the ideal foundation for building a truly premium destination. We look forward to delivering an extraordinary guest experience at Pullman Kolašin Breza.”
