The total number of broadband connections at the end of December, regardless of the technology used for access, was 196.27 thousand, which is 1.05 thousand or 0.54 percent more than in November.

The number of users who accessed the Internet via the optical network (FTTx) was 90.33 thousand, which is 897 more than in November. In December, 52.33 thousand users accessed the Internet through the cable distribution system (KDS), which is 221 more than in November. The number of VDSL connections was 31.79 thousand, and ADSL 19.14 thousand. According to EKIP data, there were 2.34 thousand WiFi connections in December.
