Growth in prices of producers of industrial products

The prices of producers of industrial products in Montenegro increased by 4.5 percent in the third quarter of this year compared to the same period last year, Monstat data show.

Statisticians have calculated that the mining and stone sectors and the processing industry recorded growth of 17.7 percent and 2.4 percent, respectively.

“Prices in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning sector, on average, remained unchanged, that is, at the level of prices from the third quarter of last year”, Monstat said in a statement.

The prices of manufacturers of industrial products increased by 0.2 percent in the third quarter of this year compared to the second quarter.

The mining and stone sectors recorded a growth of 2.7 percent, and the processing industry sector a decline of 0.6 percent compared to the second quarter.
