In Montenegro, in the fourth quarter of last year, 96 construction permits and work notifications were issued, according to preliminary data from Monstat.
“Out of the total number of issued construction permits and work notifications, 48 pertain to individuals, and the same number, 48, to companies,” the statement says.

When considering the total number of apartments and their area, based on the issued work notifications in the fourth quarter of last year, the construction of 736 apartments is planned, with a total area of 46.83 thousand square meters.
