The REGAGEN grants Timkom and Novi Gas licenses for energy activities

The Regulatory Agency for Energy and Regulated Utility Services (REGAGEN) granted licenses to Timkom and Novi Gas companies for engaging in energy-related activities.

During its session this week, the REGAGEN Board approved a license for Timkom, a Nikšić-based company, allowing them to transport petroleum derivatives using transport vehicles.

Simultaneously, Novi Gas company from Tuzi received licenses for wholesale trading in petroleum derivatives and liquid petroleum gas at the same meeting.

These licenses are valid until May 13, 2034.

“The license holders must, if they plan to continue their licensed activities after the license’s expiration, submit a request for a new license 60 days prior to its expiration,” stated the regulator’s decision.
