Significant increase in revenue for Montenegro’s National Parks signals successful year ahead

Montenegro’s National Parks (NPCG) have seen a significant rise in revenue this year, with earnings reaching €155.76 thousand by April 14, marking a remarkable increase of 94.78 percent compared to the same period last year.

Vladimir Martinović, the Director of NPCG, emphasized the organization’s unwavering commitment and hard work, attributing the impressive results to the dedication of all staff members.

“Our strong start to the year, surpassing last year’s records within the first few months, underscores our determination and sets the stage for another successful business cycle,” Martinović commented.

The NPCG highlighted the collaborative efforts with various institutions, local authorities, and entrepreneurs, along with continuous engagement with the tourism sector and active participation in international tourism exhibitions. These initiatives have led to heightened interest among visitors in the natural wonders of Montenegro’s protected areas and the diverse range of tourism experiences they offer, centered around active leisure pursuits.
