Brand Hotels, a company from Budva, plans to construct a four-star apartment hotel in Žabljak

The hotel is set to be erected on UP 610, consisting of two cadastral parcels with a total area of 988 m2, within the scope of the Detailed Urban Plan of Žabljak.

This information is visible in the request for a decision on the need for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Assessment Study, which the investor submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency. According to the document, urban-technical conditions have also been issued for this project.

The future apartment hotel will comprise a basement, ground floor, two floors, and an attic. It will feature 23 hotel units, including 22 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. Two apartments will be adapted for people with special needs.

The ground floor is designed on two levels and will include an entrance with reception, a lobby with vertical communication of the facility and guest toilets, a restaurant with kitchen, as well as a wellness area complementing the hotel’s offerings.

The hotel accommodation units are located on three floors. The first two floors each house 8 one-bedroom apartments, while the attic accommodates six one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartments.

The basement level will contain technical rooms serving the hotel’s functions, as well as parking space for 15 cars. An additional 3 parking spaces are planned in front of the building.

Regarding landscaping, open areas will be adorned with grassy areas and seasonal and perennial plants typical for the region.
