Tivat sees 7% increase in tourist numbers compared to last year

Tivat is welcoming 3,620 tourists, marking a 7% increase compared to last year, according to the local Tourist Organization (TO) data.

This figure represents a 47% rise since 2019, as reported by Radio Tivat.

Of the total visitors, 3,570 are foreign tourists, while 33 are domestic.

The number of tourists staying in hotels continues to grow, with a 36% increase compared to last year and a 56% rise since 2019. A total of 845 guests have opted for hotel accommodation, with 813 being foreign tourists.

Meanwhile, the number of visitors choosing private accommodation has remained steady compared to last year, but has seen a 47% increase since 2019. This type of lodging has attracted 2,760 guests, primarily from abroad.

In terms of demographics, Russian tourists remain the largest group, followed by visitors from Serbia. Additionally, the Tivat Riviera is hosting guests from Turkey, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Azerbaijan, and the United States.
