In Montenegro, preliminary data from Monstat reveals that 99 building permits and construction work notifications were issued in the first quarter of this year.
Out of the total, 72 permits were issued to individuals, while 27 were issued to companies.

Regarding residential properties, the issued work notifications indicate plans for constructing 398 apartments with a combined surface area of 28.77 thousand square meters.
