In Montenegro, in November, there were 54.47 thousand arrivals and 138.43 thousand overnight stays in collective accommodation, according to preliminary data from Monstat.

“Of the total number of overnight stays in collective accommodation, 78.1% were made by foreign tourists, and 21.9% by domestic tourists,” the statement said.

In the structure of overnight stays by types of tourist places, in November, the highest number of overnight stays was recorded in coastal places at 78.9%, the capital city at 14.6%, other places at 3.4%, and mountainous places at 3.1%.

Collective accommodation facilities include hotels, guesthouses, motels, tourist resorts, resorts, hostels, and campsites, and do not include individual, so-called private accommodation – accommodation in houses and rooms for rent, as well as in tourist apartments.
