The owner of Pullman Resort & Residences Bar Montenegro is the Liko Soho group.

– The signing of the franchise agreement for the first five-star premium hotel in Bar is one of the largest investment projects underway in Montenegro in the field of tourism and hospitality. Our biggest ambition from the very beginning was cooperation with an experienced partner who fits the size of the project. The established position of the world leader in the hospitality industry with many years of experience and a large portfolio of brands with global scope were the main factors in choosing Accor as a partner – said Igor Lysov, founder and majority shareholder of Liko Soho Group.

– We believe that the vast experience combined with our persistence will create a long and synergistic relationship that will bring success and encourage further development of the tourism industry in Montenegro – said Lysov.

The franchise agreement between Accor and Liko Soho Group was signed by representatives of both groups in Paris.

The founder and vice president of the Liko Soho Group, Rade Vujacic, stated on his Twitter account that this is a major turning point for his company, but also for the future of tourism and catering in Montenegro. Vujacic added that only in the first phase of the project, between 350-400 jobs will be created and almost 1000 during the tourist season. The opening of the Pullman Resort & Residences Bar Montenegro is planned for the end of 2025.
