Kotor welcomes over 4,000 tourists as summer season peaks

In the Kotor municipality, there are currently 4,020 tourists, as reported by the local Tourist Organization (TO).

Of these, 2,690 are staying in private accommodations, 1,260 in hotels, 65 in hostels, and six in camps, according to Radio Kotor. The largest number of guests in private lodgings comes from Turkey, Serbia, Russia, the United Kingdom, and Germany, while hotels are predominantly occupied by tourists from the UK, the United States, Israel, Germany, France, and China.

The latest figures indicate that Kotor has welcomed 978 cruise passengers. Over the past week, the city received 27,990 excursionists, primarily from Turkey, the USA, Poland, Germany, France, Israel, the UK, Spain, and Bulgaria, according to TO Kotor.
