The expressway will begin in the Debeli Brijeg area, pass through the hinterland of Herceg Novi, and then connect to Tivat or Kotor, linking with the section whose corridor is unified from the Bratešići area towards Budva, according to the statement.

Monteput emphasized that special attention must be given to preserving the natural and cultural-historical area of Kotor during the design process, to maintain its exceptional universal value in line with world heritage standards.
