Vektra Montenegro assets in Budva offered for sale at €6.9 million

The bankruptcy administration of Vektra Montenegro has announced the sale of part of the company’s assets in Budva, with a starting price of €6.9 million.

The sale includes residential buildings, apartments, and commercial spaces. Interested buyers—companies or individuals legally allowed to purchase real estate in Montenegro—must submit written offers to the Commercial Court by September 1 at 1:00 PM. Offers will be opened the following day at 11:00 AM at the court.

Participants are required to pay a deposit of 5% of the starting price. The bankruptcy administrator will select the winning bidder within eight days of opening the offers.

The assets can be inspected on working days from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with prior notice to the administrator. Vektra Montenegro entered bankruptcy in early 2021 at the request of NLB Interfinanz Bank.
