HTP Ulcinjska riviera published an advertisement for the long-term lease of 34 houses on Ada Bojana. The houses are located on land in the Gornji Štoj settlement.
In the tender, it is stated that the houses are leased for 25 years, and the initial lease price for all that time is EUR 1.39 million including VAT. The rent would be paid in annual installments to be defined in the contract.
If the Ulcinj Riviera is privatized during the lease period, the contract will be automatically terminated, and the lessee will have the right to a refund for the remaining unused period of rent.
The invitation also states that the potential tenants are obliged to reconstruct the existing buildings whose construction is in good condition, as well as to dismantle and build new prefabricated buildings that have fallen into disrepair and the economy intended for them, as well as to hand over the renovated apartments to Ulcinjska Riviera after the lease expires.
The bidder is obliged to submit the conceptual design of the tourist settlement. The tender was announced on May 10, and the deadline for submitting bids is seven days from the announcement.
