Ulcinj records slight drop in tourist numbers, resorts see significant growth

Ulcinj is currently hosting over 26,000 tourists, which is an 8% decrease compared to last year, according to the local Tourism Organization (TO).

In private accommodation, there are 19,200 guests, marking a 10% decline from the same period last year, while hotels report 5,400 guests, a 4.8% decrease compared to last year, reports Vijesti.

Campsites have seen a 2.5% increase, and resorts experienced a significant growth of 61%.

Foreign tourists dominate the visitor structure, with 24,800 guests from abroad.

A notably higher number of visitors was recorded over the past weekend, with large crowds at beaches and streets, and a traffic jam stretching almost from Ada to the center of Štoj.
