Tourist arrivals in Tivat drop by 11% compared to last year

Currently, according to statistical data analysis, there are 1.31 thousand guests in Tivat, which is an 11% decrease compared to the same period last year, according to the Tivat Tourism Organization.

In hotels, 72 guests were recorded, nine of whom were domestic visitors. The overnight stay index for last year compared to 2023 is 33, while compared to 2019, it is 92, according to Radio Tivat.

Guest visits are most common in private accommodations, where 1.24 thousand tourists stayed. Domestic visitors made up two, with the rest being foreign tourists.

The data highlights a significant contribution from foreign guests, particularly in the private accommodation sector, while camps and resorts have seen stagnation during the winter period.

Russian tourists continue to dominate the guest structure in Tivat, making up 32.74% of visitors, followed by tourists from Serbia at 19.32%, and Turkey at 9.94%.

The Tivat Riviera has seen a smaller percentage of guests from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, the UK, Croatia, Kosovo, and the United States.
