Tivat sees a 7% decline in tourist numbers compared to last year

Currently, there are 1.64 thousand tourists staying in Tivat, which is a 7% decrease compared to last year, according to data from the Tourism Organization (TO).

However, the number of tourists is 61% higher compared to 2019, as reported by Radio Tivat.

Private accommodation has seen a particularly significant increase, with 1.44 thousand guests, mostly from abroad. Hotels have hosted 196 tourists, of which 166 are foreign and 30 are domestic.

Tourists from Russia continue to dominate the guest structure, accounting for 26.89% of the total, followed by tourists from Serbia with 16.42% and Turkey with 11.23%.

In addition, there are smaller numbers of tourists from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Azerbaijan, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Croatia and Germany staying in Tivat.
