Sozina Tunnel has served 3.43 million vehicles since the beginning of the year, according to MINA.
Data from Monteput, the operator of the tunnel, shows that 3.78 million vehicles passed through Sozina last year. In 2023, the tunnel saw 3.52 million vehicles, while in 2022 the number was 3.07 million.

Sozina Tunnel opened in July 2005. Its construction cost approximately €74 million, of which Montenegro provided €50 million, and €24 million came from a loan by the European Investment Bank (EIB).
The tunnel is 4.19 kilometers long and connects the coastal region with the central part of Montenegro.
