Seven-day boycott of VOLI supermarkets begins as prices remain unchanged

A seven-day general boycott of VOLI supermarkets begins, as announced by Alternativa Crna Gora.

In their statement, Alternativa Crna Gora expressed disappointment that supermarkets did not attempt or hint at the possibility of reducing prices, missing the opportunity for an agreement.

They also emphasized that they are distancing themselves from any political involvement, stating that the boycott’s sole purpose is to improve the standard of living for citizens, as reported by the RTCG portal.

In response to the announced boycott, Voli informed domestic producers that they would reduce the agreed quantities of domestic product purchases.
