Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement with ALK Group to develop a new property on Montenegro’s Adriatic coast: the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences in Tivat. This project marks a key step in Radisson’s strategy to expand its presence in the Balkans, where the group currently has 30 hotels with over 5,600 rooms in operation or development.

Scheduled to open ahead of the 2027 summer season, the hotel is under active construction in the Seljanovo neighborhood, just minutes from Porto Montenegro. The property will feature a mixed hotel and serviced apartment concept, including 61 hotel rooms and 44 serviced apartments, catering to tourists, business travelers, and long-term guests.

The development will consist of three buildings: one for hotel services, one for serviced apartments, and one housing cafés. Amenities will include a 75 m² lobby, a 161 m² lobby bar, all-day dining restaurant, terrace restaurant, rooftop bar, spa center of 314 m², gym, and two indoor pools. Meeting and event spaces will meet Radisson Blu’s high brand standards, emphasizing elegant design and premium service.

Radisson Blu’s leadership highlighted Tivat as a strategic location that blends cultural heritage, natural beauty, and a growing luxury market, offering significant potential for international hotel brands. ALK Group emphasized the partnership as a step toward creating integrated, high-quality hospitality and residential spaces on Montenegro’s coast, setting new standards for the region.
