A residential complex with 24 apartments of various sizes and layouts is planned for construction in Podgorica, in the Zabjelo area, under the Titex urban plan.

The project is backed by a group of private investors and has received approval from the chief state architect. The conceptual design was created by the Sedam-ing studio.

The development will include two buildings on a 4,000-square-meter plot, with a total gross construction area of 4,815.3 square meters. Each building will have a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, housing 12 apartments each: six one-bedroom, three two-bedroom, and three three-bedroom units per building.

The complex will offer 78 parking spaces—22 underground and 56 on the property—and will feature green areas, including recreational spaces and a children’s playground.
