Pljevlja Mayor visits Serbia to discuss investment and cooperation

Dario Vraneš, Mayor of Pljevlja, visited Serbia with a municipal delegation and met with Serbian Prime Minister Đuro Macut.

The main topic was enhancing cooperation between the two countries, with a particular focus on investment opportunities in Pljevlja. Serbian investors expressed readiness to create new jobs and support the development of road infrastructure in the municipality.

The delegation included Danko Šarančić, Secretary of the Agriculture Secretariat, who presented Pljevlja’s economic potential and resources to the Prime Minister, along with Božidar Jelovac, President of the Serbian Cultural Center “Patriarch Varnava.”

After the visit, Mayor Vraneš emphasized that “Serbia cares for its citizens regardless of where they live.”
