Planned mixed-use building in Bar to include 120 apartments and extensive parking

Company 2. decembar from Bar plans to build a residential and commercial building in the Ilino neighborhood. The ten-story building will have a total gross area of approximately 10,837 m² and include six commercial spaces, 60 business apartments, and 60 residential apartments.

The building will consist of two basement levels, a ground floor, and ten upper floors. The basements will feature underground parking with 56 spaces, as well as storage for bicycles and strollers. Additionally, 12 parking spots will be available on part of the ground floor, and another 12 parking spaces will be provided on the property next to the building, totaling 93 parking spaces for future residents.

The ground floor will contain the main entrance with a lobby and reception, commercial spaces, and bicycle storage. Six commercial units of varying sizes are planned for this level.

Floors one through five will house 60 business apartments, with 12 apartments per floor. Floors six through ten are reserved for residential apartments, featuring two studios, eight one-bedroom, and two one-and-a-half-bedroom units per floor, totaling 60 residential units.
