Two apartments, the restaurant with terrace, gym, and wellness/spa area will be located in the basement, opening onto a large green courtyard. The ground floor will feature three apartments, the lobby, and covered foyer, seamlessly connected to the outdoor green spaces through large glass surfaces.

The top floor will primarily contain the sixth luxury apartment, set back from the sea-facing front and partially hidden from view to preserve the visual harmony of the property within the natural terrain.
