New 50 MW solar power plant planned in Danilovgrad

A new solar power plant is planned in Montenegro, located in the Danilovgrad municipality. The Brijestovo solar plant will have a system capacity of approximately 50.18 MWp and an output capacity of 44.8 MWac.

The solar panels will cover about 45.45 hectares across the settlements of Slap and Brijestovo. The site consists of several cadastral parcels, including a structure designated for demolition.

According to a preliminary feasibility assessment by the company EFusion, the maximum possible capacity of the future solar plant is 50.18 MWp (system capacity) and 44.8 MWac (output capacity).

The existing structure(s) on the site must be removed, with the owner required to submit a demolition request to the relevant inspection authority, in accordance with Article 113 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction. The project investor is an individual.
