Montenegro’s unemployment rate decreases to 11.4% by end of 2024

At the end of December, Montenegro had 33,040 unemployed individuals, a decrease of 0.5% compared to November, according to data from the Employment Agency (ZZZ).

The unemployment rate stood at 11.4% at the end of November 2024. In the same month of 2023, the rate was 14.05%. The Employment Agency recorded 12,920 new hires throughout the past year.
