Montenegro’s Minister of Maritime Affairs, Filip Radulović, stated that the “Ocean Race Europe 2025” project fully met expectations.

He emphasized that hosting some of the world’s most prestigious sailing teams in Montenegrin waters marked a historic moment and highlighted the country’s international reputation.

“Montenegro has once again demonstrated that it can successfully host major global events. During the seven-day program, over 100,000 people visited our coastline, showing the strong attention this project attracted both domestically and internationally,” Radulović said.

The event also provided significant international tourism promotion, as images of Montenegro’s coast and unique scenery reached audiences worldwide, reinforcing the country’s status as an attractive destination.

“This sends a powerful message that Montenegro is ready to host top-tier global events and will continue investing in projects that enhance our international reputation, boost tourism, and promote our maritime identity,” Radulović added.
