Representatives of the Government of Montenegro, including Deputy Prime Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Milun Zogović, Minister of Public Works Majda Adžović, Minister of Tourism Simonida Kordić, and Mojkovac Mayor Vesko Delić, visited the Žarski ski center construction site. Work on the project resumed after a five-year pause.

The project is planned in two phases. The first phase involves building and equipping a hospitality facility with access plazas and a ski locker room access path, as well as installing infrastructure connections. The second phase includes construction of a parking lot for day visitors and landscaping.

Upon completion, the project will enhance the value of Mojkovac’s natural resources and help position the municipality on the regional ski center map.

Alongside other projects such as highway construction and infrastructure upgrades, the Montenegrin government and local authorities aim to improve living and working conditions in Mojkovac.
