The Montenegrin Transport Administration has launched a tender for the reconstruction of the regional road R-15, on the section between Rijeka Crnojevića and Donji Ulići. The estimated value of the works is €9.4 million (excluding VAT), and the project covers approximately 8 kilometers.

Key elements include road widening, construction of retaining walls, and improvements to the stormwater drainage system using concrete gutters, existing channels, and culverts.
