The Traffic Administration has announced a tender for the reconstruction works on the regional road R-15, specifically the Ostros – Vladimir section, with a total estimated value of 17 million euros, excluding VAT.
The project includes the reconstruction of approximately 17 kilometers of roadway, spanning the municipalities of Bar and Ulcinj.
Planned works involve widening the existing carriageway, constructing slow vehicle lanes, and improving the stormwater drainage system through concrete gutters, existing channels, and culverts.
The project also covers the reconstruction of a bridge, construction of retaining walls, and landslide remediation, all aimed at significantly enhancing road safety.
The Traffic Administration continues to implement major infrastructure projects to ensure balanced development of the transportation network throughout Montenegro.
