Portonovi continues to be the focal point of activities on Montenegro’s coastline this summer. The diverse array of events throughout the year has attracted a large number of visitors and guests, nearly filling the resort’s accommodation capacities.

Alongside these events, Portonovi has seen the recent opening of new cafes and restaurants, further enhancing the allure of this seaside destination.

Concerts and entertainment throughout July and August

On Saturday, July 13th, Symphony Orchestra will perform a “Best of the 80s” concert at Marina Square in Portonovi. This musical journey through charming melodies from the iconic 1980s offers an ideal opportunity for socializing and enjoyment. The “Best of 80s” project is a collaboration between the renowned band “GIFT” and the symphonic pop-rock orchestra “Strings ‘n’ roses,” featuring distinguished musicians from the Belgrade Philharmonic. Admission to the concert is free for all visitors.

Starting from July 19th, the Pizana Gallery will host an exhibition titled “Thoughts in Motion” by Biljana Keković. Born in 1970 in Titograd, Biljana Keković is a Montenegrin artist whose works have left a significant mark in the world of visual arts. She has received prestigious awards such as the UNESCO scholarship and the award from the Association of Visual Artists of Montenegro “Milunović, Stijović, Lubarda.”

The fourth Portonovi Wine Night will take place on Saturday, July 27th, at Vista Square. Guests will have the opportunity to sample some of the finest regional and global wines, accompanied by a performance by the regionally renowned singer Natali Dizdar. Tickets are available for purchase through the Gigstix website. Singer Tijana Bogićević will enchant the audience with her performance on August 10th at Marina Square in Portonovi. Known for her stellar Eurovision performances, she will captivate the audience with hits like “Bezuslovno,” “Hajde onda ništa,” “Širina,” among others. Admission to the concert is free. Another concert is scheduled for August 17th, featuring a Rock Opera.

New cafes and restaurants

In recent months, Portonovi has welcomed several new lessees alongside its established restaurants, garnering increasing attention from guests and visitors. Formerly a small fishing village known as Vinarija, now transformed into a renovated restaurant in Portonovi Marina, offers guests an experience of local seafood harmony and the richness of natural resources from the Bay of Kotor. The restaurant’s celebrated chefs, respecting traditional recipes, transform freshly caught seafood into culinary art. Besides seafood, guests can indulge in some of the finest meat specialties here.

C.R.E.A.M., a new addition to Portonovi, is a dessert shop located at Marina Square. Sweet enthusiasts will delight in delicious pancakes, milkshakes, ice cream and various smoothies. The diverse menu caters to all tastes and preferences, whether craving something healthy or a sweet treat.

Kafeterija, a beloved coffee chain, has also found its place in Portonovi. For coffee lovers seeking to enjoy their morning cup by the sea, the new Kafeterija in Portonovi Marina promises to be a favorite spot. In addition to the scenic sea view, the specially designed interior ensures a delightful environment dedicated to enjoying your favorite coffee blend.
